Every event is different, but the approach is always the same, thorough preparation, seamless execution, and a fast, polished delivery.
Consultation & Planning: We start with a conversation about your event goals, brand identity, key moments to capture, and any shot list priorities. Whether you're an event planner, an agency, or an in house team, we make sure we understand exactly what you need before the event begins.
On-Site Coverage: On the day of your event, expect a calm, professional, and completely unobtrusive presence. We move through the space with intention, capturing both the candid energy and the structured moments that matter. If you need a team, we scale up with experienced second shooters and videographers.
Post-Production & Delivery: Every image is professionally edited and delivered in both high-resolution and web-optimized formats. Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days, with rush and same-day options available for time sensitive events.
Ongoing Partnership: Many of our clients work with us on a recurring basis. We offer retainer packages for organizations and agencies that need consistent, brand aligned event photography throughout the year.

I honor those connections by combining documentary and editorial photography and videography to create work that's both meaningful and immediately useful for your brand.

Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days for a fully edited gallery. If your event requires a faster delivery, we offer same day and next-day expedited delivery options as well. Every image is delivered in full resolution and web-optimized formats, watermark-free and ready for press, print, or social.
What is your turnaround time for event photos?
Pricing varies depending on the scope of the event, the number of hours of coverage needed, and any additional services such as videography or creative direction. Most corporate event photography packages start with a minimum booking and scale from there. Day rates and multi-day rates are available for conferences and longer engagements. Please reach out for a custom quote, we're happy to build a package that fits your event.
How much does corporate event photography cost?
We photograph a wide range of corporate and branded events including conferences, product launches, brand activations, executive retreats, galas, fundraisers, awards ceremonies, trade shows, and large scale productions. If your event doesn't fit neatly into one of those categories, reach out anyway, we've photographed just about everything.
What types of events do you photograph?
Absolutely. While we're based between New York City and Colorado, we regularly work with companies and agencies in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Miami, Chicago, Houston, and Austin. We're available for corporate events and brand assignments throughout the United States, as well as destination events in Mexico and Europe.

Yes. We offer integrated photo and video packages so your event is captured from every angle. Our videography team brings a background in commercial and documentary storytelling, producing highlight reels, full-length event edits, and social-ready clips optimized for LinkedIn, Instagram, and internal communications. Reach out to bundle photo and video for preferred pricing.
What is included in an event photography package?
All event photography packages include professional coverage for the agreed upon hours, post production editing, and delivery of a full high-resolution gallery with web optimized files. Standard packages include a usage license for your website, social media, and internal company materials. Upgraded licensing is available for paid advertising, promotional campaigns, and branded marketing.
Can you provide on-site headshots during an event?
Yes. We can set up a professional headshot station at your event for attendees or executive team members. This is a popular add on for conferences, leadership retreats, and company off-sites. Let us know during the planning phase and we'll build it into your package.
We work with event planners and agencies regularly, and we understand the importance of clear communication, brand guidelines, and seamless integration with your production team. We're happy to join pre event planning calls, follow detailed shot lists, and coordinate with your on-site team to make sure every key moment is covered. Agency retainer packages are available.
