From the Wedding Deck to the breathtaking mountain views overlooking Aspen Mountain, The Little Nell offers an unforgettable setting for elegant, mountain chic celebrations in every season.

One of my favorite parts of the day is taking the Silver Queen Gondola up to the top of Aspen Mountain! This is a super fun opportunity for photos along the way. You and your guests will take a 2.5 mile ride up Aspen Mountain (which takes around 15 minutes) and puts you exactly 11,212 feet above sea level.

The gondola ride is a chance to slow down and soak in the stunning mountain views on the way up. This is one of the most unique ways for you and your wedding guests to arrive to your wedding! The Little Nell is a beautiful wedding venue for all four seasons.

Featured Little Nell Aspen Wedding

This Little Nell Aspen wedding was featured on Featured on Rocky Mountain Bride and photographed by Betsi Ewing Weddings, highlighting a refined, mountain-chic celebration at one of Aspen’s most iconic venues.

Jeff and Zoe met in 2019 while Zoe was attending a workshop where Jeff was the facilitator. There was an immediate spark they couldn’t shake, and for months they stayed in touch through a Slack group created after the weekend retreat. Zoe eventually drummed up the courage to ask Jeff out the next time they were both in the same city.

On their first date in New York City, they went to the classic West Village restaurant Minetta Tavern, stayed out all night in true New York fashion, and the rest was history. They began dating long distance between San Francisco, where Jeff was based, and Denver, where Zoe lived. At the start of the pandemic, the two unexpectedly found themselves living together, and soon embraced a nomadic lifestyle in early 2020, with their first stop being the Roaring Fork Valley in Old Snowmass.

They quickly fell in love with this part of Colorado, along with their Bernese Mountain Dog, Miles. Although they traveled thousands of miles across the country over the next two years, Snowmass and Aspen always felt like home. When Jeff proposed and they began envisioning their wedding, Aspen naturally rose to the top.
